COFFEE CAKE
Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350 degree Fahrenheit in 10” greased tube pan:

STREUSEL (middle and top layers)
mix:
brown sugar
chopped pecans
cinnamon
instant coffee

CAKE MIXTURE
mix dry ingredients:
flour
instant coffee
cinnamon
baking powder
baking soda

in a separate bowl cream:
brown sugar
butter

add and beat into sugar/butter mix:
eggs
vanilla

fold in dry with wet ingredients alternating with:
sour cream

place half of cake mixture in cake pan and add one half of streusel mixture and add:
chocolate chips

place remaining cake mixture in cake pan. top with remaining streusel mixture.
